Need help with OET TIP?

How do I restore a purchase?

Sign in to the Apple or Google account used for the original purchase, open the subscription screen in OET TIP and tap Restore. Use the original OET TIP account if your purchase was linked to it. Check your internet connection and store subscription status. If access is still missing, email us with the store order or transaction reference and any error message. You do not need to buy the subscription again to restore it.

How do I cancel on iOS?

Open Settings > your name > Subscriptions > OET TIP > Cancel Subscription and confirm. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal or the stated trial deadline. If you cannot find it, check the Apple Account on your receipt. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.

How do I cancel on Android?

Open Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > OET TIP > Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. Make sure you are using the Google account that purchased it. See Google Play’s cancellation instructions.

Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling OET TIP or deleting your app account does not cancel billing. Refund requests must be made separately through the store.

How do I delete my account?

In OET TIP, go to Profile > Account > Delete Account and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again. If you cannot access the app or want remaining identifiable practice records removed, email us from your account email where possible. See the Privacy Policy for deletion scope and retention details. Cancel any Apple or Google subscription separately.

Are the AI scores official OET scores?

No. AI scores and feedback are estimates to help you practise. They can be inaccurate and do not guarantee your official exam result. OET TIP does not issue official OET scores, certifications or professional registration decisions.

How do I report a content error?

Email us with the skill, task or question name/ID, what appears incorrect, and your suggested correction. A screenshot and app version help us find the issue. Remove personal and patient information before sending. We review reports to improve the practice content.
